Now that you have mastered the flambee technique you can make these magical little treats.  These are some of the most popular things at Heirloom parties.

Here is how you do it:

Slice and Sautee French Baguette (see “how to sautee bread” post for instructions)

Spread warm goat cheese onto bread

Top with flambeed apples

Add thin slices of roast beef

Add micro greens, or greens of any sort

Season with Salt and Pepper

Drizzle on Balsamic Vinaigrette (1 heaping tablespoon dijon mustard, 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar, 3/4 cup olive oil)

Serve warm or at room temperature


**Consider splurging on really good goat cheese, and really good roast beef (check out whole foods) it will make such a great difference!!! 🙂
