The other day Heirloom dropped off some cookies for a group of San Diego Teachers.   I made waffle cookies, which is recipe from my great grandmother also named Anne-Marie who was chef in belgium.  They are pretty insane.  I packaged the cookies in little wax paper bags, stamped them with an Heirloom stamp my sister got for me, and then hole punched the tops of the bag and tied in with a bow.  After making these I realized they would make the best little valentines, and work with any cookie or candy even.

***on a side note, I get a lot of compliments on that basket!  I bring it to the farmers market and people literally stop me to ask where I got it.  I love telling them I got it at the goodwill for 99 cents.  There are always killer baskets at the good will Check it Out!
